In 1969, Duke Reid’s legendary Jamaican label Treasure Isle released Greater Jamaica Moon Walk – Reggay, a landmark record from the early era of reggae and boss reggae. Recorded under the direction of legendary saxophonist Tommy McCook alongside The Supersonics, the album blended space-age inspired instrumentals with tracks by pivotal Caribbean artists including John Holt, Dave Barker, The Ethiopians, The Gladiators, Glen Adams, and Winston Wright. Decades later, the historic release received its first authentic reissue in its original Jamaican presentation, featuring remastered audio and historical liner notes by reggae scholar Dr. Buster Dynamite.
