The 21 Day Fix system is built on one simple idea: focused daily progress beats overwhelming practice every time. In The Complete Box Set, Tramaine guides you through 63 structured days of sweep picking development, with each day centred around a carefully designed lick or concept.
You’ll start by building clean mechanics, pick control, fretting-hand coordination, and muting in the Foundations course. From there, the Intermediate course expands your speed, rhythmic control, and arpeggio vocabulary, introducing larger shapes, triplets, sixteenth-notes, and diminished patterns.
Finally, the Advanced course pushes your technique to its highest level, working with extended five- and six-string arpeggios, advanced subdivisions such as quintuplets, and seamless integration with alternate picking, slides, and tapping. Each stage introduces complexity gradually, allowing speed and fluency to develop without sacrificing clarity.
